Medical Program Management

ThirdRockMD Medical Program Management includes services and solutions designed to reduce your organization’s exposure to medical risk and support holistic team health and preparedness.

This includes support for individual and team wellness, mitigating risks associated with infectious diseases, and ensuring medical kits for onsite use and travel are appropriately stocked to meet general emergency needs as well as known and anticipated client-specific medical requirements.

Current Medical Program Management services include

  • Vaccination Support

    Provision of vaccinations such as seasonal flu vaccines, COVID-19 boosters, and vaccinations required for travel.

  • Diagnostic Testing & Advisory Support

    Access to CLIA-Waived and CLIA Moderate Complexity diagnostic testing supplies and/or onsite testing for Influenza A/B, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, Strep A, STIs, and other assays as indicated, along with exposure risk assessments and return to work protocols..

  • Medical Kit Management and Procurement

    Customized medical support recommendtions (equipment and medications), tracking of supplies inventory for restock and expirations; procurement services for medical supplies and medications.

  • Travel Authorizations

    Documentation of travel authorization for vaccination records and/or laboratory testing results based on vaccines and testing materials supplied by ThirdRockMD.

Organizations with a Medical Program Management subscription can also access ThirdRockMD non-subscription-based services at a discounted rate.

 

Medical Training

Standard and customized medical training for all team personnel from basic first aid through EMT refreshers and speciality courses like hyperbaric and marine medicine. Mental health resiliency is addressed through triaging in psychological first aid, de-escalation, and crisis management.

 

Field Provider Support

Dedicated in-person medical provider to support travel or onsite needs at a home, workplace, or alternate setting. ThirdRockMD providers include highly vetted board-certified emergency medicine physicians, military-trained paramedics, and EMTs.

Risk Assessments and Mitigation

Organization site risk assessments and risk mitigation planning for all client properties, covering medical emergencies, wildfire or structure fires, and workplace safety. ThirdRockMD also conducts medical assessments for travel destinations in advance of planned trips

 

Human Optimization and Peak Performance

Team and personal coaching to support the development of optimal lifestyle behaviors that can level-up each individual’s potential. Suitable for athletes, executives, and anyone seeking to improve productivity, performance, and growth.
