Acute Concierge
An Acute Concierge Care subscription provides around-the-clock access to board-certified emergency medicine physicians for telemedical acute/emergency care for clients, their families, and your organization for both physical and mental health issues. ThirdRockMD’s relationships with a global network of providers means we can provide timely assistance in triage, diagnosis and treatment decisions, and develop a plan for continuity of care wherever a client or team is traveling.
Mental health support includes emergency crisis management, de-escalation and critical incident stress debriefing as well as in-the-moment and scheduled access to trained emergency mental health professionals for any members of the organization covered by the subscription.
As specialty emergency medicine providers, we complement and liaise with other concierge-based practices, serving as trusted resources and advocates for our clients in emergency situations. The goal is to support them in the delivery of comprehensive, white-glove, evidence-based care to their patients.

Emergency and Urgent Care
Emergency medical care, injury-related consultation, and assistance with non-emergency medical issues when travling away from primary care coverage.

Refills of prescriptions as permissible by law and documents required for personnel to travel with medications, medical consumables, supplies, and equipment.

Continuity of Care & Medical Evac Coordination
Coordination of medical evacuation with existing or contracted resources. Facilitation of connection with emergency services or specialty care providers.

Access to diagnostic, laboratory, imaging, and testing services.

Medical Training
Standard and customized medical training for all team personnel from basic first aid through EMT refreshers and speciality courses like hyperbaric and marine medicine. Mental health resiliency is addressed through triaging in psychological first aid, de-escalation, and crisis management.
Field Provider Support
Dedicated in-person medical provider to support travel or onsite needs at a home, workplace, or alternate setting. ThirdRockMD providers include highly vetted board-certified emergency medicine physicians, military-trained paramedics, and EMTs.
Risk Assessments and Mitigation
Organization site risk assessments and risk mitigation planning for all client properties, covering medical emergencies, wildfire or structure fires, and workplace safety. ThirdRockMD also conducts medical assessments for travel destinations in advance of planned trips
Human Optimization and Peak Performance
